It serves South East Queens, Nassau County and the wider NYC metro area at no extra cost.
Why we built it
We removed the trip.
Most real estate paperwork fails on logistics, not on willingness. A seller who works nights, an investor whose day is on site, a family with nobody to watch the kids — the appointment gets pushed a week, then another. So we removed the appointment. We drive to you.
Signings where you actually are
Your kitchen table, your job site, your lunch break in a parking lot. The documents, the printer and a licensed broker arrive together, and the paperwork gets done that day instead of the week after next.

Document signings and consultations happen in the mobile office routinely. A formal closing in New York is typically conducted by the attorneys and may need to take place at a specified location, so we work around what your attorney and the lender require — and bring the mobile office wherever it genuinely helps.

Your home, your workplace, a job site, or anywhere sensible and safe across South East Queens, Nassau County and the surrounding metro area. Evenings and weekends included — tell us what works and we will come to it.
Why does a brokerage need a mobile office?
