Jortevsky Real Estate Firm, LLC, trading as Jortevsky Real Estate Firm, is a real estate broker licensed in the State of New York (NYS DOS Real Estate Corporation License: 10991215477), at 5 Sunrise Plaza, Suite 201, Valley Stream, NY 11580. We are the party responsible for the information described on this page.

Most privacy policies are long because most websites track their visitors. This one does not, so the honest version of this section is a list of absences:

• No cookies. The site sets none at all — not for analytics, not for advertising, not for preferences. That is why you are not being asked to accept any.
• No analytics. No Google Analytics, no Google Tag Manager, no Meta pixel, no Hotjar, no Clarity, no server-side visitor analytics.
• No advertising or retargeting. We do not build audiences, we do not run remarketing, and nothing on this site follows you to another one.
• No third-party embeds. No embedded maps, chat widgets, video players, social buttons or comment systems — so no third party is being handed your IP address when a page loads.
• No browser storage. The site uses no localStorage, sessionStorage or fingerprinting.
• No account, no login, no profile.

If any of this changes — an IDX listing feed, a scheduling widget, an advertising pixel — this page will be updated before the change goes live, not after.

Information you send us through the contact form. The form asks for:

• Name — required — so we know who we are speaking to
• Email address — required — so we can reply
• Phone number — optional — provided only if you want a call or text back
• What you are interested in — buying, selling, renting, valuation, investment, management
• Neighborhood or area — optional — so your enquiry reaches someone who works that market
• Your message — whatever you choose to tell us

That is the whole list. We do not ask for, and you should not send us through this form, a Social Security number, a date of birth, bank or account details, or financial statements. Where a transaction later requires that kind of document, it goes to your attorney or your lender, not to a web form.

Information you send us directly. If you call, text or email us, we hold whatever you tell us in that message, in the ordinary course of doing business with you.

Server logs. Our hosting provider records standard request information — IP address, time, page requested, browser user-agent — as part of serving the site and protecting it from abuse. We do not use these logs to identify or profile individual visitors.

• To answer your enquiry and to provide the brokerage services you have asked about.
• To contact you, by the means described in the next section, about the enquiry you made.
• To keep records that a licensed real estate broker in New York is required to keep.
• To protect the website from spam and abuse.

We do not use your information to build a marketing profile, and we do not add you to a newsletter or a drip campaign because you used the contact form.

If you give us your phone number on the contact form, you are asking us to reply and agreeing that we may do so by phone call or text message as well as by email. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to be contacted this way is not a condition of buying, selling or renting anything through us.

To stop messages, reply STOP to any text, or simply tell us — by reply, by email to jortevskyrealty@gmail.com, or on (516) 421-5304. We will stop. If you are in the middle of a transaction with us, we will confirm how you would prefer to be reached instead, because there are things we are obliged to tell you.

We do not use autodialers or prerecorded messages, and we do not send bulk marketing texts. When you get a text from us it is a person replying to you.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not trade or rent it. It is shared only:

• With the service providers who operate this website and deliver your form submission to us. They act on our instructions and may not use your information for their own purposes. Currently: Vercel Inc. (website hosting and delivery, including server request logs); Google LLC (delivery and storage of contact form submissions, which are recorded in a Google Sheet and emailed to the firm's own Google account).
• With the professionals working on your transaction — your attorney, the other side's broker, a lender, a title company, an inspector — but only where you have engaged us and only as far as the transaction requires.
• Where we are required to by law, by a court, or by the New York Department of State in connection with our licence.

When you send the contact form, your enquiry is recorded in a spreadsheet and emailed to our office — both inside our own Google account. It does not pass through a customer-relationship platform, a lead-selling service or a marketing tool, and no other brokerage or agent receives it.

Enquiries that do not become a transaction are kept while the enquiry is live and for a reasonable period afterwards, then deleted. Records connected to an actual transaction are kept for the period New York requires a licensed broker to retain them — at least three years for the transaction records a broker must maintain. Ask us and we will tell you what we hold about you.

The site is served over HTTPS and form submissions are encrypted in transit. We maintain reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards for the private information we hold, as the New York SHIELD Act requires. No system is perfect, and we will not pretend otherwise: if a breach affects your private information we will notify you as New York law requires.

• Ask us what we hold about you, and we will tell you.
• Ask us to correct anything that is wrong.
• Ask us to delete what we hold, and we will, except where we are required to keep a transaction record.
• Tell us to stop contacting you, by any method or by all of them.

This site is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has sent us information, tell us and we will delete it.

If we change this policy we will change the effective date at the top of this page. Material changes — in particular, adding anything that tracks you — will be made before the change takes effect, not after.
